1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Glammery (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Glammery provides business management tools for professional makeup artists, including but not limited to booking management, enquiry tracking, financial reporting, service package creation, and automated marketing content generation (Social Factory). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use the App to spam, harass, or harm others; resell or redistribute the App without our written consent.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create using the App, including photos, booking data, and generated marketing materials. By using the Social Factory, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. Glammery's brand, logo, and software remain our exclusive property.
6. Payment and Billing
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glammery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
